Pourquoi le vocabulaire Scrum est un passage obligé
Si vous travaillez dans la tech en France, vous avez probablement remarqué que les cérémonies Scrum se font souvent en français... mais avec 80% de termes anglais. "On fait le daily ?", "C'est dans le backlog", "La velocity a baissé ce sprint" — le franglais est la langue officielle des équipes Agile.

"Spike" est un terme Scrum souvent mal compris. C'est une tâche d'investigation limitée dans le temps, destinée à réduire l'incertitude technique. Exemple : "We need a 2-day spike to evaluate if the new payment provider fits our architecture."

FAQ
Faut-il dire "daily standup" ou "daily scrum" ? Les deux sont corrects. "Daily standup" est le terme le plus courant dans la pratique. "Daily scrum" est le terme officiel du Scrum Guide. En équipe, vous entendrez souvent juste "the daily".
Comment prononcer "Scrum" et "Agile" en anglais ? "Scrum" se prononce /skrʌm/ (comme "drum"). "Agile" se prononce /ˈædʒaɪl/ (le "g" est doux, comme dans "page"). Attention : en français on dit souvent "a-jile" à la française, mais en anglais c'est "a-jaïl".
Quelle est la différence entre "velocity" et "throughput" ? La velocity mesure les story points complétés par sprint (spécifique à Scrum). Le throughput mesure le nombre d'items livrés par unité de temps (utilisé en Kanban et Scrum). Le throughput est plus objectif car il ne dépend pas de l'estimation.
